At movement3 we utilise our carefully selected equipment to take the body through every movement eventuality. This allows the key anatomical segments (movement chain) to 'settle' in the ideal position to promote optimal function, recovery and healing.
The Movement3 studio is located on the high street in St. Margaret's, London, just opposite the railway station.
