the benefits of 3-dimensional flexibility and movement-based
exercise to improve core stability, range of motion and
challenge your body in all directions.
One of the many benefits of
functional whole-body exercise is that it utilises all
of the muscle groups ensuring that you are conditioned
and prepared for not only daily activities but every movement
eventuality.
Performing multiple-muscle
group exercises will also expend more energy which in
turns creates a faster, stronger, toned and more flexible
body.
