Female-specific conditioning


At Movement3 we understand how difficult it can be to fit exercise into your daily life.

Our female-specific training is the perfect way for women of any age or ability to get fit, tone up and lose weight.

We relieve muscle tension and improve posture by engaging and reactivating the key stabilisation muscles like the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles. Then utilising movement-based exercise we condition and sculpt the body in a dynamic and fun way. 

We welcome women of all ages, from beginners to advanced, and are specialists in working with Mums-to-be and new Mums.

Together with nutritional guidance and intervention we can help you to improve your strength and achieve your ideal shape.
