The sacrum 'sits' in the pelvis like a keystone in a Roman arch and forms the foundation for the spine above.
Any disruption to the pelvis brought about by restriction or weakness in the hips, will have dramatic effects on spinal integrity.
At movement3 we correct
posture and relieve back pain by repositioning the
sacrum into the pelvic bones so that it can provide
a more stable foundation for the spine and hips.
